Sales Manager
Eleven2 is seeking a talented experience Sales Manager to head up our sales department. Due to our recent tremendous fast paced growth and exposure, we are looking for someone who is well experienced in the hosting industry and general sales. Below are a few requirements for this position:

- Ability to lead in a team environment
- A strong desire to succeed
- Ability to talk work with potential customers... getting them the most bang for their buck
- Ability to take ownership in a project and complete it without being babysat throughout the process

Technical Support Representative
Were you the one who got suspended in high school for hacking the school's security system like Rodney or running linux before you could walk? If you answered yes to both of those questions, you are exactly what we need to join our world class technical support operation. Check out our requirements:
- Previous web hosting experience is recommended
- Familiarity with cPanel is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A detailed oriented person
- Some website development experience (html, php a plus)
- Answering inbound phone calls to our call-center
- Assisting customers with technical questions pertaining to web development, email, FTP, and etc.
- Assisting customers via online ticketing system and providing accurate answers in a timely manner.
- Using in-house toolset to monitor web hosting systems, and providing updates to the proper departments.
