There are a lot of things eleven2 needs you to know. Some has little value and is said in a very sarcastic manner, but our guarantee is something we hold at high value and that we take very seriously. These are our promises & our guarantees to you.
1. To stay current
It's our promise to you to stay up with the current technology. This means that months ahead, we are planning how to make sure that you are on the up and up. If you are aware of upcoming technology that you believe we should be aware of, shoot us a message or post on our forum.
2. To stay online
We are a hosting company, and it's hard to be one if we aren't online. So, our promise to you is that we'll continue pouring our blood, sweat, and tears into everything we do. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping you online. We will never go offline, if we can avoid it. We will do anything that is possible to keep you online. And we mean anything. That is our word to you.
3. To support you
Let's face it, there are a bazillion of hosting companies out there, but what has set us apart is our world-class support. If you present a question or have an issue, it is our promise to you that we'll answer it as soon as possible. If you ever have an issue, either submit a ticket or shoot us an IM on AIM at eleven2support.
4. To honor our pricing
There's never going to be any trickery here. We strive to keep our word. We aren't going to charge you for more than what you agreed upon. We're also not about the nickel and dime way of business like other companies. If you ever have an issue with your pricing, let us know and we'll work with you to get the issue straightened out.
5. To be competitive
We don't live our lives in a box closed off from the rest of the world. We are aware of what is going on and what other companies are doing in the hosting business. It is our goal to be the leaders in the industry, but if there is something that another company is doing and it works, you have our word that we'll not only do what they are doing but we'll make it that much better.
6. To be honest
Honesty is the best policy, and it's one that we choose to live by. You have our word that we'll be honest to you and not try to deceive you or take advantage of you.
