What do you actually monitor and manage on my managed cloud server?
We monitoring everything on your server 24x7 and have a full dedicated VIP support team that strictly deals with cloud server customers, this gives you the maximum uptime as well as a VIP level of service here at Eleven2.
How quick does a managed server take to get online?
Automation is the key in the hosting business, so we can have a full-managed cloud server online within a just a few seconds, there is actually nothing that needs to be done on our end to get you online. We will always follow up as soon as we can to make sure all is online correctly and help you get anything that you may need setup.
What do you install or will not install for me?
We can install just about anything, please open a ticket in VIP at eleven2.com/vip and we can look into this for you. As long as we can support what you are asking for, we will have no issue installing anything for you.
What type of SAN do you use?
Fortunately, we do not use any SAN (storage area network). We have tested all the major cloud providers and we have noticed one major thing, the ones that are using a centralised storage (SAN) usually have horrible performance and horrible uptime. We are focused on providing the best performance and uptime and currently this requires local storage. It says allot when the 2 largest public clouds providers are using local storage as well. We would highly urge anyone that does not choose Eleven2, to make sure you find a cloud provider that does not put your entire infrastructure on a SAN device as you will have lots of issues/downtime.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We do not offer any refunds with our cloud servers.
Can you manage a server for us not running cPanel?
Currently all servers we manage are running cPanel. We do not manage any servers not running cPanel.
Can I convert a self-managed server into a managed server?
Unfortunately we cannot convert a self-managed server to a managed.
Can I convert a fully-managed server into a self-managed server?
We can convert a fully-managed server into a self-managed server, there is simply a $25 fee for this conversion.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We would love to assist you with this, we do charge $10 per incident on any of our self-managed servers. This does exclude anything that is our fault, such as performance, network, etc; which is beyond our customers control. We will gladly help with anything that is beyond our customers controls, always free at charge.

Unfortunately we cannot convert a self-managed server to a managed.
