Hello,

I have a business helping people launch custom websites. Many of my clients are not tech-savvy at all and I am considering offering hosting for these users in particular as they want turn-key service.

I'm interested in SharkSpace and I understand the advantages in having WHM and multiple ControlPanels.

My only reservations revolve around disk space and Data transfer. For example, w/ 1&1 I can get 250GB of disk space and unlimited traffic (across all their packages). SharkSpace doesn't even have a reseller package w/ this much disk space available.

I'd appreciate your (SharkSpace's) take on what are the compelling reasons I should sign up with your company.

Thanks!

Their packages are really oversold. There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. At SharkSpace our packages are reasonable and keep the server lightly loaded and reliable. It doesn't matter how much resources you have if the server is down or slow.

I cant comment directly about their service but grid/cloud hosting is very new technology and is still unreliable and buggy in most cases. I would not recommend it for mission critical content.
