I was viewing a review posted on another forum community and the person who posted the review was talking about how they enjoyed their services well someone responded with a question asking about E2's cloud setup and another person named "nexdog" responded and stated this, I was wondering if this is true:

It's OnApp without SAN. OnApp with Local Storage has little redundancy and no failover capacity. And that's straight from OnApp themselves.
Wondering what the setup and information about them as under the technical of FAQ on website for clouds does not include much information about the full setup and configuration of the cloud server and so on.
