I just wanted to post an update here, we have a failed access switch in our Asheville, NC facility, we are replacing this right now and this should be back online shortly.

We had to re-cable a few of the servers to the new switch, this is completed now and we are configuring the new switch right now. We will update this once this issue is resolved shortly.

This is now back online. We do apologize about the issues this might have caused, but we are very proud of how fast we are able to restore this.
