Is there a good reason why there is no backups since the 23rd of May?

Since the server move I've discovered that due to a name server issue (im not sure if its changed or not) my websites where not available for anything up to 2 weeks, blog posts since the 23rd have disappeared and I've been told today that there is no backups from the 23rd of May onwards.

Seriously..... wtf has been going on?!

Have you put in a ticket? If so please provide me with the ticket #id so I can have a look through and see whats going on here.

There should be an explanation to this. Backups are critical in this industry and I don't think there was nothing made since that time.

How did this issue end up? Just wondering.
