Hello,

When I rate a ticket response and reload the ticket again it still asks me to rate it. I can rate it multiple times and still it shows.

This only happens sometimes.

Thanks for your feedback. This rating system is brand new, being developed only a few weeks ago.

I have notified our backend developer, and we will get this bug solved.
