We are still working on the original server and fixing some file system corruption due to a power outage this evening. While we are working on this issue, we have already started a restore to a brand new server from our backups as well, as this method may come up significantly faster.
We we will go with whichever method restores faster.
Thanks for your patience during this matter, we are working as fast as possible to always ensure the best reliability here at Eleven2.

While we do not like giving out ETA's due to obvious reasons, we are going to post the status of where we are at on the restore process. We do not have any status per say on the existing servers file system check.
We are currently at 71GB restored out of 693GB.
The actual restore has been running for about 20 min now. At this rate, we would anticipate this being completed in 2-4 hours. I hope to have a better update in a little bit.

The original Echo server is now back online. We are going to let this new server complete the restore regardless incase we run into any unforeseen issues.
Thanks again for your patience here.

Every day in january at around 1 pm the MySQL service on Echo server had to be restarted, we have to contact support every single time to do this, otherwise the sites take more than 20 seconds to respond and another 15 to 20 seconds to load..
We have multiple tickets but they are closed by support after the temporary solution is implemented but we need a permanet solution ASAP.
Is there going to be any, ever?
Thank you!
