We have been having some issues with our MySQL databases on echo.unisonplatform.com
We are in the process of swapping out these hard drives and raid cards to ensure the upmost reliability on this server.
This should be completed shortly and we will update you when this process has started.

Server down again today Nov 28....Rodney ,does anyone ever response to this Forum? We need a better solution to the server problem, we can't have this every two days.. help please!

We do respond here. BUt this is not our official method. It appears we are scheduling a memory upgrade on this server shortly. That should resolve the issues.
If you have any further issues, I would urge you to submit a ticket, we have 100's of servers, so we can always give you the best updates in the ticket.
