Using a reseller account like Host Gator, how much should I charge for web hosting? Can I charge as low as I want?

I would recommend eleven2's reseller plans any-day over hostgator. But it's up to you how much you charge, just have a look round the web to see how much other providers charge for the amount of space / bandwidth etc and come up with a suitable price.
