Rodney, I did not receive my invoice.

this forum is very different than the way Sharkspace had it's forum and customer service set up. I just spent some time looking around and found out that there's a different sign in button for your account, which matches the one I had in Sharkspace.

I know now you 'log in' to get into your domains and account information and 'sign in' to get here on this forum and post.

So having found that and searched and found my accounts, I see that my invoice should have been sent out to me days ago. I clicked and unpaid invoice and just now paid through my paypal account.

Maybe there's a misunderstand on my part. When I asked if I would get an invoice, I meant would an invoice come to my email account as a reminder that I have a domain coming up for renewal?

If the answer is yes, I didn't get my invoice. Mine is due on September 26. The invoice says 9/22. Today is 9/23 and I have received nothing. I'm all paid, but what can I expect in the future?

Also, I used to receive an automatic 'paid' notice from Sharkspace when I paid through paypal. I got it the moment I paid. I did not receive that from Eleven2, and it's not in my junk mail. can I assume that Eleven2 will not be doing that? Or, is there a problem with my email since it's AOL.

I'm now assuming it's AOL and if you can check my account and see if it was sent out, then I'll have to change my email account for Eleven2. I had the same issue registering for this forum. That's why I had to change my email here from AOL to another one.

We only send out the invoice notification. We do not send a payment notification.

It could be that it is rejecting things with AOL. You can view in Brain at eleven2.com/brain all the invoices and e-mails that we do send you.

I tried to login at http://eleven2.com/brain/ with my SharkSpace info several times, but the button just says "Processing" and nothing happens whatsoever.

Absolutely, all lifetime coupons and all pricing will remain the same.
Nothing in terms of the billing will ever change.
Hi Rodney,

You say that nothing in terms of billing will ever change. With my current plan through Sharkspace (the GreatWhite), I had a dedicated IP, which was free though the promotion that was offered. Otherwise, it was $10 per year as an addon. Your pricing states that a dedicated IP is $4 per month. Is that how much it will cost me if I want to keep it, while upgrading my account for more bandwidth?

thanks,
Joe

As long as you stay on your Sharkspace legacy plan, we will honor the same pricing. If you move to our Eleven2 plans, then all the Eleven2 addon pricing does stand.
