It is big damage to me in speed, access speed is now 450ms from 250ms in average.
So I want to ask you if I can move my contents into Phoenix server after billing panel will be merged at 21th.
If Yes, how much must I pay for it?

We actually did NOT most any servers as part of the merger, so I am not sure when that occurred. But please do open a ticket after the 21st and we would love to help you with that!

You also promised us 'no change fee', right?
I wrote long post on this, but it vanished. I don't know why. Maybe I missed something like clicked 'Preview Post' instead of 'Add Reply'. Or something wrong in system. I'm O.K. if this post vanished, then I post web hosting talk with more details.
Simply I said, you E2 got all of goodness and badness of ShakeSpace.

Why you make free to server transfer? SharkSpace promised us free server transfer when we had complain about their server.

I'll send e-mail to you later, because not yet merged billing panel. It is 21th.
I understood you couldn't confirm anything now. However can I write 'take contact with Dodney if you have disagree about transferred server' on my site for Japanese users? (Basically they are not so many, and also only a fer Japanese users will take you if I write it. Because SharkSpace was good server, but they became wrong little by little on server speed, response and customer services. So I checked recently reputations in Japan. I can say SharkSpace got bad name in Japan.
On ex-SharkSpace, I was affiliater for their service. When I started to use their service, they build their server on the West, and it was fast , good and very stable, so I suggested their service. No Japanese suggested SharkSpace at the time. Only me. Most of Japanese used big companies like Bulehost, Hostmonstor, Lunapages, Ix.... or JustHost
Japanese don't like use English normally. So they don't protest about it like me, just they will left your service. In fact, some of ex-SharkSpace users wrote they changed their hosting company in their site.
I got only $300 from SharkSpace for 2 years, so not big but there are small responsibility with Japanese users who believed I wrote.
I am not sure when that occurred
I suggest good idea about it. It is important to find why on something wrong in business. So you can see your colleagues who worked in ex-SharkSpace and grep his/her neck, ask 'Why did you betray your usres?' It is so simple, right?
It is one of big betray for users to transfer their server without notice. Yes I got e-mail about server upgrade, but not word on it about server transfer. They confirm 'nothing change'. I know technical person never think their users deeply. Because of they have belief 'I'm tech. person, don't care for business aspect'. Maybe it was happen.
I don't know this merge is good or bad with you (maybe good and bad), But I like E2 because you have the guts to KAIZEN something.

Amazing! It became 3 time faster than before from Japan. Like I started to use SharkSpace service. (2 years ago)
Everything fine now.
