I used external monitoring from US West, US East, England and Japan on every minute. All monitoring points report many temporary slowness. Before ex-SharkSpace upgrade their server, this kind of slowness just a few time per day.
Your server worked well. So something wrong on your back born. Find and correct it.

This is monitoring service I use.
Data:
Monitoring service by Monitis,
Monitoring points : US West, US East, England and Japan
Monitoring site: http://uptime.qanxen.info
Site on : Phoenix(US West)
Frequency : Every Minuit
Timeout setting : 5000ms(5second)
Time and Date : Displayed at Japanese Time zone(GMT+9hours)
Report from all 4 points
Other aspect
My site, http://uptime.qanxen.info is small site for monitoring. It was made by RVSitebuilder on cPanel, don't use DB access. Just for monitoring propose.
It will be good promotion when show good uptime and response.
It will be bad promotion when show bad uptime and response.
It depend on your server and back born. Good luck.
Addition: Dallas servers are more stable. I believe. I think new users will been hosted on Dallas by default. So don't worry about stability and slowness..
(added: I stoped to use this monitoring service. I used this to show how sharkspace was stable. But anymore...)

More often than that I see email problems. A random inability to connect to the mail server. Sometimes refreshing does the trick, other times it may take a couple tries.
On to features I would love to see:
- You have the iPhone app... push notifications about my sites would be a bonus! outages, issues or news items.
- Client backups. I would LOVE to be able to control my clients backups so when a client comes to me and says they want a backup restored I can just enter the WHM client and force a restore for just the one client.

Push notifications is something we are working on. This would rock!
As for the backups, this is something WHM need to integrate, unfortunately.

See performance graph to access my site. In this 24 hours, continuing bad condition...
When it will improve?? I got mail from Ronny, it said it caused of bad condition of your housing company, and they will repair something at last month. Not yet improve... repeated "a little bad condition" and "bad condition". When we enjoy good condition??
Pls, don't say 'put a ticket'. I made many ticket to solve this situation.
Pls, don't say 'route condition is not my responsibility'. If bad route condition continue, actually it is your hosting company's responsibility. Because you choose that housing company. And you can change your housing company.
Pls, don't say 'use CloudFlare'. I had used that service. But CloudFlare don't cache html. It means every accesses to html resource are connecting to original html server on your company. So your route line is unstable, CloudFlare return a error message. And CloudFlare itself is not stable service. It is not guarantee like '99.9% online'. When we use CloudFlare, total stability is CloudFlare stability x (our hosing server + route line) stability. It will less than our hosing server + route line stability...
I think you recognized it came from your housing company's bad situation. So you just change it, or tell strongly 'correct it!'.
I don't request big things. When I used SharkSpace's server, it give us fast and stable hosing service without many slowness. (Just once or twice slowness that it took over 5 seconds per day!!) So just bring back good condition.
That's it.

And it is good opportunity to understand what I said in this topic. Specially for Ronny and E2 all staff.
Just now, you can recognize bad line(data center) and good one. Please check my real time monitoring graph.
Performance Graph
The date/time is displayed by Japanese time zone. Please click 'uk' and 'jp' check buttons on the lower left. You can delete graph lines from U.K. and Japan. You can see only data from West/East monitoring points in U.S.
I changed my DNS server at 12:00(Nov. 9), and it affected to 13:30. So, please compare before 12:00 and after 13:30. Clearly it changed.
I never told a falsehood
Maybe you don't believe I said. If believed, you also wanted to fix this situation ASAP.
Anyway, you must solved this bad-data-center problem for your customers using servers on West data center.

With eleven2.com I have a live chat system where I have NEVER had an answer to my question (sometimes the SALES staff know more about what is going on then the tech support) and it has taken hours to days for tech support tickets to be resolved.
So... starting with fix what appears to be eleven2's lowest-common-denominator tech support would be great.
My site has been down all day with nary a peep as to when I can expect it to be up... can't access my email either.... and I have a business to run which relies on website and email up time... and a little "up time guarantee credit" isn't going to pay for the business I'm losing today.
So I guess it's really a moot point at this juncture, as I am already actively seeking new hosting.... but guess I'd give you guys fair warning (and maybe have this out there for other like minded people to see)... that your service kinda sucks and there's a lot that needs to be worked on here if you guys want to stay in business with the support of customers like me who expect an iota of stable and competent support.

First, IP is 66...55
Then 3 weeks, it changed to 66..222
After that 4 days, it changed to 66...205
And after that 3 hours, now it changed to 69.194.229.46
Do you know, when u guys changed IP like that, all of my clients shared hosting, go down or become crazy... because cPanel didn't automatic set the IP. I must go to WHM -> Reset DNS, for each account....
>_<
And I have like 40 accounts in my WHM .... I want to YELLLLLLLL any time IP changed
