I read on twitter and here that there were going to be upgrades to the Dallas network. should I assume there are still things happening there? my whmcs is either loading really slow or not at all. I was unable to login to cpanel or whm. also, as I'm testing my system to accept payments in whmcs through PayPal, it just sits there saying please wait....
At this time, cpanel and whm are working correctly, just checked. (17:45)

We have hundreds of servers, so at times each individually do have issues, but we have not had any network wide issues today at all.

ok, so maybe we're looking at a mysql issue? i just want to know before i decide to reinstall whmcs, thinking it's on my end. right now, if you click on checkout, it just sits there and doesn't move to the payment gateways.
