Rrquested a restoration of 30 accounts, roughly a total of 24gb of data. 30 hours have passed, tech responded they are still restoring. Spoke to live chat staff, they want to move these accounts to Texas server which I objected as I need this to stay in Arizona.

Server load average at 8, and peak at 20, which make our customers sites crawl like a turtle most of the time. This happen almost everyday and I ask if they overload the server, they avoid the question. Everyday i have to contact livechat about the sites loading slowly and the only response given, wait for few minutes and it will be fine. Basically the same template response when askes about this.

Just wondering if my expectation is too high?

Our phoenix location is too full and we are not restoring additional accounts in phoenix. We are not expanding in phoenix as the facility we are in is not up to our standard and has numerou and constant network issues.

The only option to restore those accounts would be to move to our Dallas location.

Is there any plan to be using West Coast data center in future? Majority of our customers are from Asia.

Not at this time. But we should be back live in Singapore in the next few weeks.
