This evening starting at 10:00PM CST, we will be converting the innodb storage from a single file to individual user files on each server.

We are performing this upgrade/enhancement on the following servers:

mike
november
papa
romeo
sierra
oscar
tango
uniform
victor

This upgrade will result in long term performance as we are always looking to give our customers the best performance and hosting service available.

This upgrade will result in MySQL being offline for up to 30 minuets while this action is performed.

No Alpha server?

Mysql has been off/on for the last 2 weeks on Alpha server. Each time it seems to never be fully resolved.

Right now mysql is down (but, may be due to the announced server upgrade).

Alpha server needs more love!

That is exactly why this was not scheduled. We are migrating Alpha right now and that is all that needs to be done here.

I can confirm that - have the same problem on that server.
The really bad thing is that on the same server I have a reseller account. and the customers are not happy. =\

no, thats not the solution... its already going for weeks now, several times a day.
the suporrsts answer is - 'We have just restarted the mysql service on the server. Please check now and let us know if the issue persists.'

Is bravo server scheduled for an upgrade like this? I'm having a terrible time with it giving 500 internal server errors and RAM errors saying mysql is not available. This has been going on for almost a week now. I have had several support tickets, one in level 2 support now, but the problem is still present and seems to be getting worse.
