I switched all of my domains over to a new Eleven2 Hosting account (Shared).
I've had many troubles with my old host, which is quite popular, one of the top in the United States.

Anyways, I appreciate the work you guys do with support, even though it might not be extremely fast, but it's generally good. I've had no problems with the servers, and the speeds as I see it are great. Unlike most hosts that offer resller hosting, your servers (oscar) seem to be good. Usually resller hosts servers are slow, bogged down by the large amount of accounts and oversold resources.

Things that I like:

• Professional website template
  
• Unique / Custom backend (Brain (WHMCS))
  
• Texas based (I'm from texas!)
  
• 24/7 Tech Support (Live Chat)
  
• Fast servers, Good hardware (From what I see)

I had reseller hosting before, one of you guys might remember my tickets, but I got my money back and basically switched to shared hosting... Hopefully I will get resellers back later on, or get cloud added to my account.

One thing that I think you guys could do to improve is offer higher resource dedicated servers. I host game servers and the servers I use require lots of RAM, 8+ GB, with a good processor. That's just a suggestion though. Since I'm out of school, I plan to go into a job based around hosting servers, Texas obviously!!


After all, this is basically a vouch, or thanks for your service. I haven't found a hosting company that has been as good as you guys, or at least has so little hassle.
