Dear Customer,

As always, Eleven2 works to ensure the level of service we provide our customers is the best in the industry, as a continued part of our commitment to this, we are providing a free upgrade to the server which your account is hosted on.

This server upgrade, will be a migration to a brand new server, with roughly 4x the resources of your existing server. This migration will begin at 4:00PM CST, Friday November 18, 2011. We anticipate faster response times and more reliability after this upgrade.

We do not anticipate any downtime or problems in this migration as we perform similar upgrades every week.

It has started, but that is all to report at this time.

Any status update now?
Sites have been unavailable, mysql down, slow loading. Is the upgrade complete or are there still lingering issues?

it is about 90% completed now.

If you can PM me your account username I can confirm if your account has been moved.
