Hey Guys,

Welcome to the eleven2 community forum. Here you can ask us any questions, get help and support if you are a current customer, and discuss with other members about hosting / web design stuff.

This is just another way to go the extra mile for all our customers.

If you have any questions regarding the forum, please reply here and I will assist you.

Awesome new addition to Eleven2, it's always great to chat with other members and get some help on the forums. Everyone can share ideas and advice with each other.

Only question I have is will there be other Webmaster type forums, like for SEO, design, programming, tutorials, etc?

Nice addition to the site, make getting community answers to topics that don't need a support ticket easier.

That is the goal. There is are allot of things we do not officially 'support' so the forum is going to be that official support method going forward!

I totally agree. I think this should be a forum to not only help with web hosting but also our day-to-day designing and developing.

I see the benefits of having those kind of forums but we can't stray too far into them or we will lose focus on the main goal, supporting the site which is Hosting.

Hmm, We may add a few other forums to do with web design & programming seeing as thats what we sell hosting for at the end of the day.

But we are going to see how it goes for a little bit.

That's fine too. Even still, there's the General Forum for other topics that don't meet the other forum's requirements.

I think the General Forum is good for random thoughts and ideas, but once a topic gets popular there, then maybe it should branch off into a new forum, otherwise other general thoughts will be drowned out.
