Hi,
I'm very new to SharkSpace, so new that my account hasn't finished 'propagating' yet, but I do have access to the server. I thought that I could upload one of my sites while the propagation process is taking place and started earlier this morning. The problem is that the server keeps disconnecting and I can't seem to get it reconnect. I'm now trying with the 3rd ftp client - Filezilla - and for the last 30 mins the same 2kb file has been 'uploading.' I'm getting a "sending keep-alive command' status report. I'm on a mac so have tried SpeedDownload, which is usually pretty good about resuming when there is a disconnection, Fetch, and now FileZilla. Are there some settings I need to change? This is very frustrating and time-consuming.
Thanks!

It sounds like it is an issue with your PC or connection. Please open a support ticket with your FTP account login details and we can test for sure. We also will be able to check the logs.
