This is the first of many standards that we uphold. We don't want to be known as the liars and deceivers of the hosting business. You want truth and we want to give it. We don't believe in gimmicks to get your money and we don't believe in tricking you for a treat.
2. Punctuality
It is our promise to you to break the mold in slow response time. If you experience an issue, we want you to contact us ASAP knowing that it is our goal to be able to reply back with a resolution to your problem ASAP.
3. Integrity
This is probably a quality that we uphold with the highest value. We aren't the company your mom warned you about. Our word is our bond. If you we fall below our goals or promises, we want you to let us know.
4. Available
It is also our promise to be available to you 24/7. Whether you want to know how to set up a blog on your website at 2 in the afternoon or you just need someone to keep you company at 3 in the morning, it is our goal to be available to you.
5. Friendly
We're southern guys with southern hospitality. We say words like "sir," "ma'am," and "fixin'." If there is one thing we can do to make the hosting experience better, it is making it better with a smile on our face and bringing one to yours. If you don't believe us, hit us up on aim sometime. 6. Considerate
It is not our goal to be disrespectful or dishonorable. It is our goal, however, to be considerate. We promise to respect you as a person and hold no judgments. We're forgivers and forgetters. No trickery here!
