Can I upgrade from a legacy plan to one of the new plans.

Absolutely.

You are more than welcome to upgrade to any of our new plans at anytime.

Our launchParty and theUltimate2 plans are for pre-pay only for 1 and 2 year terms, so you would need to make the full payment on that, or we can apply what is left on your account to those terms for you.

You can still stay on our legacy CX, EX, LX, or DX shared plans or our SR, CR, ER, LR and DR reseller plans. These will always still be active for customers on those plans, but we cannot downgrade or upgrade from any of those plans anymore as they are not active.
