Help! You're Not Responding To My Tickets, IMs, or Emails!

If you're ever in this situation, please be aware of the following:

  • 1. We respond to tickets in the order they were received.
  • 2. The more tickets you submit, the less likely your ticket is to get responded to in a timely fashion*
  • 3. We don't offer phone support. Our phone lines are for sales only.


*The reason for this is because by submitting more tickets, your tickets get in the way of us giving our other customers a fair chance at having their problems solved.
