Rodney Giles is a native Texan, born and raised in the great city of Houston. Growing up watching his father, a successful business man, Rodney too had a passion to be an entrepreneur. With his enthusiasm for business and love of technology, he turned the idea of a web hosting company into a reality. Rodney founded Eleven2, in the fall of 2003 inside a Starbucks coffee shop.

He has helped transform a small town web hosting company into a international business, now hosting over 100,000 websites and counting. As CEO, Rodney helps train and equip the E2 team and continues to improve the vision and direction of Eleven2.

Before founding Eleven2, Rodney worked as a web designer and built computers. In his free time Rodney enjoys traveling, talk radio and perfecting his aim at the shooting range.

Jon is the VP of operations here at eleven2. He deals with alot of backend server work and also manages the reputable 24/7 technical support team. Jon makes sure each and every customer is kept smiling, and whenever a problem arises he oversees that it's dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Prior to Eleven2, Jon served in management at a local Chick-Fil-A restaurant where he learned what genuine customer service is. He has brought what he learned at his previous role to instill the customer service mentality here at Eleven2.

Andy is our creative director here at eleven2. His job is to manage in house design and customer user interface. He is in love with anything design wise and is very web orientated. Andy has a passion for remarkably small detail and can often spend days on one single design, but the end result is most defiantly worth it!

Andy's design and development skill-set is self-taught from a very young age. Prior to eleven2 Andy was a freelance web designer, but now working as the lead in-house web designer at e2, he loves the challenges and projects that arise.

Scott is our VP of Sales and Marketing. His marketing campaigns are seen by hundreds of thousands of Internet users each and every day. Scott is responsible for making sure eleven2 ranks high in search engines, and my god does he do a good job of it! The majority of the sites traffic is down to Scott's secret marketing knowledge & superior SEO skills.

In addition to the management, the Eleven2 team is comprised of designers, developers, film makers, writers, musicians, and much, much more, creating the dynamic and friendly environment you experience at Eleven2. Our staff comes from all walks of life, and are always bringing innovative ideas to the table on how we can improve our services. In addition to the company's home office in Houston, TX, Eleven2 employs staff strategically located world wide to provide a true 24/7/365 company that never sleeps.
