Eleven2 has held our domain pricing at $11.11 per year for a very long time even though there has been two domain price increases. Today we increased our domain pricing for the top TLDs to $15.00/yr to help us maintain our high level of domain support and to keep us from losing money on domains. The price increase will ensure our excellent service will continue to improve. The price increase affects all current and new domain registrations. Around a month ago, we updated our ticketing system to use pre-defined subjects for when users submit a ticket. In this short period of time so far, we have seen an improvement in ticket response times, and an improvement in ticket resolution times!
At the same time, we also rolled out our ticketing security update, which basically meant that existing customers had to be logged into the e2 brain in order to submit and reply to tickets.
